The property has old growth ponderosa pines as well as a nice mix of mature fir, pines and aspens. The East property boundary is the thread of fishable Stonewall Creek and the North boundary is a section of State land. Groomed snowmobile trails begin approximately ½ mile from the property for winter activities and a trail head into the Bob Marshall/Scapegoat Wilderness Complex is approximately 5 miles away for summer activities. The Blackfoot River is also approximately 3 miles away for rafting and fishing. A variety of wildlife frequent the property, elk, deer, bobcat and lynx to name just a few.
